On January 31, 2018, host Pam Marvin spoke with Dr. Micah Green and Dr. Roger Martinez about an on-campus initiative at Texas A&M University in College Station, TX. Dr. Green is president of the Christian Faculty Network and Dr. Martinez is head of the Catholic Faculty and Staff Network. Together these sponsored organizations are hosting Faith in the Workplace Week from February 4–8, 2018. Speakers and events throughout the week will culminate in the Veritas Lecture on Thursday, February 8, 2018 given by Dr. J. ("Bud") Budziszewski of the University of Texas-Austin and titled, "What Can We Really Know about Right and Wrong?" Dr. Martinez and Dr. Green talked with Pam about some of the themes Dr. Bud will touch on in his address. They also gave a rundown of the other events on campus during the week, and closed by talking about some of the ways they are able to share their faith with students and colleagues inside the pluralist atmosphere of a contemporary college campus. On January 24, 2018, in the first part of the show, host Judy Comeaux visited first Allison Tate, from the Diocese of Austin's Office of Youth, Young Adults, and Campus Ministry, about the history and future of the Diocesan Catholic Youth Conference (DCYC) now in its 60th year. In the second part of the show, Judy welcomed two missionaries from the Fellowship of Catholic University Students (FOCUS) who are in residence along with four colleagues at St. Mary's Catholic Center at Texas A&M University in College Station, TX. Guests Katherine Cluempers and Mary-Cate Machalec discussed what FOCUS does to strenghthen the faith of Aggie Catholics and how they kicked off 2018 at FOCUS's Student Leadership Summit (SLS) in Chicago at the beginning of January. Bishop Sis explained that the Christian must embrace the fullness of his human condition with all its limitations because Jesus Christ did the same through the Incarnation. Bishop Sis also noted that the Incarnation of Christ continues on and is fully present in our neighbor and in the Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist.
